-Strong Web development skills, including DHTML/HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSTL, EL.
- Expert on Java, hibernate/spring, and struts 2.
-Ability to understand and interpret existing site design and style guides to inform your work
-Excellent project management skills: self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly dynamitic environment with minimums guidance.
- Linux and window experience.
- Good communication skill
Experience in the following a plus:
- Open Social's experience
- AJAX techniques and technologies
- iPhone, blackberry application programming
- polished style, Web application look-and-feel
