Senior Network Engineer

Location Based Services (LBS) Network Operations Team Member

- Hands-on experience with hardware: servers, switches, routers, storage etc.

- Experience with one or more Linux, Windows, SQL environments..

- Skills in one or more scripting (ie, PERL) and/or programming (ie, C++) a plus.

- The ideal candidate should have a BS in Computer Science or related Engineering field, relevant professional certifications, at least 5-9 years experience working in information technology fields and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, specify, install, configure, monitor, maintain and reporting on LBS Enterprise Networks and Data Center infrastructure.

- Optimize efficiency, uptime and stability of LBS Enterprise Network.

- Deploy new technology solutions, coordinate development and requirements with Software Engineering.

- Develop, document and deploy operational procedures.

- Customer support on a daily basis; phone, email, Skype.

- 24x7 technical on-call support, 1 week on/3 weeks off.

- Some (10%) international travel for supplier management and customer support.
