We are looking for a Sales Manager who has a proven revenue attainment track record of selling IT Outsourcing Services to high technology companies. Qualified candidates must have prior experience working with either local USA, China, or India based outsourcing service providers.
Detailed knowledge in application outsourcing, QA and system testing (embedded and server level), and on-site staffing is highly desirable. Having prior account relationships is a plus for immediate consideration. Candidate should enjoy working in an entrepreneur environment and is looking for an opportunity to grow into more senior sales management role in the future. The ability to speak Mandarin/Putonghua is a plus but not required.
Skill requirements:
* Able to work with tele-marketing team to generate leads and identify sales opportunities
* Able to work with Corporate Marketing on lead generation events and marketing initiatives
* Create major account sales plans and manage qualified leads through closure to meet quarterly revenue quota targets
* Ability to facilitate and liaise with off shore delivery units to fulfill customer requirements
* Negotiate commercial terms and conditions for SLA, SOWs, RFI/RFP, etc. that meets company guidelines
* With excellent consultative selling skills, a good communicator, and a presenter.
Responsibilities:
* Identify, filter, and close sales opportunities in a timely manner to fulfill quarterly sales revenue targets
* Work with field marketing staffs and off-shore corporate marketing staffs to prospect for clients and sales opportunity in existing and new accounts
* Assist off-shore delivery team, together with local consultants, to develop proposals, RFPs, SOW, SLA, etc. to fulfill customer expectations in a quality and timely manner
* Represent the company in a professional and positive manner when working with customers, partners, and fellow employees
