Senior Java Developer Full Time Salary

Sr. Java Developer, you will be responsible for improving and enhancing key components of the company's next generation hosting platform. Emphasis is placed on the design (both technical analysis and architecture), implementation (both development and integration

testing), and deployment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading the design and implementation of software development projects within a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Architecting software solutions for application components and infrastructure for large-scale, enterprise applications.

- Leading the technical design and implementation of the software solution through the full lifecycle of the project including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.

- Working across cross-functional teams providing leadership.

- Ensuring software solutions transition smoothly and successfully form development to fullscale operational status

- Conducting design and code reviews to ensure high-quality end products. Advocating and adhering to software development best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Technical undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

- 7+ years of experience in full-lifecycle software development, including expertise in objectoriented design (OOD), Java, J2EE, and web technologies such as Servlet and JSP

- Expertise with relational database schema design and programming (Oracle, JDBC, PL/SQL)

- Proven ability to architect complex, multi-tier software systems for high performance and transaction volume

- Familiarity with mainstream application frameworks such as Spring and Struts

- Experience in building OA&M tools and related components is a plus

- Familiarity with VOIP/MRCP protocols is a plus.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
