SQA Manager

You will lead a team of SQA engineers to test log management and intelligence product. You will plan, develop, mentor and guide team members to produce test plan and test cases. You will monitor and tract daily test activities, and report and create test metrics. You will implement plan to increase test coverage and lead the team to execute the plan for functional, regression, acceptance, sanity, and smoke test. You will work closely with SQA Director, software development, program managers and product managers to improve test strategy and test practices.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 7+ years experience in quality assurance

* At least 4+ years in technical leadership position

* Must be strong with SDLC

* Have experience in both manual and automation test. Good knowledge of programming languages such as Perl, Watir/Ruby, C/C++, Java, Python

* Knowledge of SilkTest, Silkperformer is a big plus

* Must have working experience with MySql and Linux environment

* Excellent verbal and written skills are required

* Experience with enterprise software quality assurance is preferred

* BS/MS in Computer Science
