The Inside Channel Account Manager (iCAM) partners with the field Channel Account Manager (CAM) team to develop a robust partner channel in their designated region. The iCAM and CAM work together in support of each other and their Partners to:
* Maximize Partner-driven revenue.
* Generate leads within the Partner customer/prospect base by providing outbound telesales expertise and training.
* Assist in all areas of partner enablement by ensuring that Partners are provided with and have access to all necessary sales, marketing and technical tools.
* Deliver presentations to customers and partners on technology and product offerings.
* Develop tight relationships with partner sales personnel which result in incremental opportunities for products.
* Deliver sales and Partner Program training to new and prospective partners.
* Participate in partner events on an as needed basis.
* Stay current on major competitive maneuvers and industry developments; be capable of handling Partner inquiries on these matters.
Job Requirements:
* 4 year college or university program certificate or two to four year?s related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Previous telesales experience selling hardware, software and/or services to the small, medium and large enterprise customers.
* Previous channel sales and/or channel management experience in a related field.

This position will be based at the company's headquarters, located in San Jose. Minimum travel required.
