The Sales Operations Specialist serves as the sales organization's internal resource and needs analysis specialist. He/she will provide a variety of services to the sales organization to include a heavy focus on enhanced sales reporting, as well as sales data research. This role will be the first point of contact for supporting, developing and implementing processes to ensure proper visibility of sales data.

Responsibilities will include:

* Updating and maintaining account lists.

* Maintaining database accuracy and integrity.

* Sales data analysis.

* Report generation of standard and ad-hoc reports.

* Interface with other company professionals.

Position Requirements and Education:

* At least five years work experience in a sales support related capacity with high customer contact.

* One to five years database maintenance, sales operations experience. Salesforce.com preferred.

* A working knowledge of CRM systems a plus.

* Must be proficient in Excel and Access.

* Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, as well as be part of a team.

* Ability to work in a fast pace, start-up environment and remain detail oriented while being an effective problem solver.

* Ability to work with multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

This position will report into the WW Sales Operations Manager.

This position will be based at the company's headquarters, located in San Jose.
